I thought I could study dog training videos on youtubeand train my dog, Wally, myself. What a joke! I dont have the time or patience. So I found someone who did. Eric at Walk, Play, Love has excellent training techniques and expertise. He is also kind and gentle with Wally. I highly recommend Eric. He is also friendly with my other family members. So when he comes over for training, Wally and everyone else is happy.

I wholeheartedly recommend Eric and Walk Play Love. We hired Eric to come over and feed our outdoor cats on long weekends when we were away. He does this with great reliability and care, sending pictures of the cats as he feeds them and even bringing up our newspapers.
But it doesn't stop there. Recently our old dog became very ill, and we couldn't find any vet to see him right away. Eric recommended an animal hospital in Rockville, and when I called they were able to see him that day. We recently got another dog who is very young and active. I have consulted Eric on a number of behavioral issues, and he has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are going to hire him to help us to train our new dog as well.

Eric and Alex were super thorough, spending some time with us before our trip to get to know our two cats and how we preferred that they be fed. They were friendly and very professional. You can tell that they know what they are doing and love animals. While we were away, they stopped in once a day to refill our cats' water bowls and give them some wet food. Then they spent some time playing with them. Eric and Alex even handled bringing in our trash cans and watered our plants while we were away. They also sent us daily text updates which included pictures of our cats and a detailed message on how they were doing, which we really appreciated. We could tell that our cats were enjoying their visits with Eric and Alex and it gave us a lot of peace of mind. We're very happy with how well our kitties were taken care of, and we'll definitely be calling WPL again.

It was such a nerve-wracking experience to hire a dog walker. We're very particular and have only had our dogs watched by one close friend that we trust wholeheartedly. Eric and Alex are extremely friendly and easy to work with. They care about your furbabies and about your happiness with their service. They are extremely responsive via email and text. Their cancellation policy is reasonable, and they understand that unexpected changes happen. They really go out of their way to make sure that both you and your animals are happy and satisfied. For example, on a stormy day where my pup refused to go outside with Sarita (our daily walker), Eric volunteered to return to our house later in the afternoon to make sure our pup was okay. It is that level of care that you don't find other places.

Sarita is our daily walker and she is amazing! Super nice, responsive, and punctual. She provides great long walks and leaves are pup tired and happy. At the end of each walk, she sends us several pictures of both our dog and cat and gives us a quick summary of their time together. She always gives them treats and leaves fresh water. If for any reason she is a little delayed, she always lets us know. She goes a great job of reading the dog as well. On really hot days, she reduces walk times to make sure he wasn't overheating and spends the rest of her visit time playing with the dog inside or in the backyard.

Walk Play Love, that is exactly what you get! The most important thing to me, from previous experience, is that they pick up the poo. My neighbors had complained about the walker before, not picking up my dogs poo. Anyone can walk a dog but, it takes caring people to love your pet as much as you do.
